The price of the artwork is guaranteed at the time of placing the order or purchase. 

The price of the paintings already includes the amount related to shipping costs by CTT and the selected payment method, if there is any fee to be charged.  At the end of the order process, the total amount payable by the Customer is displayed.

deliveries

Delivery of orders is made via CTT – Correios de Portugal or delivered in person if possible.  

Orders will only be shipped after payment confirmation. To track an order in progress, the user can request the registration number of his order.

postage

National  :     shipping and delivery is gratuity if you order on ETSy On Line

                      For orders weighing more than 2 kg, the customer will be advised of the excess postage to be paid.

Outside the National Territory :  In international orders, customers will be contacted by e-mail with shipping information to their country.

Warranties and Returns

​

All articles are handmade, so the guarantee is already implied. If the customer wants to return the article, it must be in perfect condition and without any signs of use and inform by email the reason for the return. All return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. All returns sent to collection will not be accepted.

 

Brand and Name


The brands, names, logos e símbolos (generally referred to as trademarks) presented on the ETSY website or online store and which are registered and unregistered, are property of Magic of Color. Nothing contained in the Site and Store may be used without written authorization from Magia da Cor.
